The 2026 Louisville Business First Fast 50 ranks companies primarily by percentage revenue growth over a three-year period, from 2023 to 2025. Eligible companies must be independent, privately held, for-profit businesses based in the Greater Louisville region, with at least three years of operating sales history and more than $5 million in revenue during the final year measured.
